SHIPPING INFORMATION

Noochoon sells downloads, CDs,vinyl and various other merchandise. All purchases are subject to the following conditions:

1.PAYMENTS

Noochoon accepts payments through a variety of websites by credit and debit cards. We also accept cheques and postal orders, however orders must be placed via email or telephone and the order will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. VAT is included in these payments where required.

2. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Digital media are dispatched instantly, with a notification email also,  items 3-8 apply to physical items.

3. ORDERING AND STOCK CONTROL
Noochoon will endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day that it is received providing this is before 4.30 pm UK time. No orders will be dispatched over weekends or public holidays.

4. STOCK LEVELS
Our shop stock control system is not automatically synchronised with the web site. Whilst it is updated several times a day there may be occasions during busy periods that an item shown on the web site will in fact be out of stock. In this instance we will notify you that the item is out of stock and refund you. If the item is part of a multiple order we will despatch all items that are in stock and refund any that are not.

5.  BACK ORDERS
We do not currently operate a back order service.

6. CONFIRMATION EMAILS
Once your order request has been submitted you will receive an email confirming your order. Further information can be obtained by emailing us at contact@noochoon.com:

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders (UK and international) are delivered using Royal Mail 1st class post until a certain weight is reached at which point we will use a courier. Expected delivery time is 1-2 working days UK, 3-6 working days for Europe and 4-10 working days for the rest of world. Larger items may take slightly longer as they will be sent via courier. Express delivery options are available on request, please contact us by phone or email and we can add this to your order.
Delivery costs can be viewed on the website prior to purchase.

8. RETURNS
We will only refund or replace items that either have a manufacturing defect, have been sent in error or are damaged in transit. Any items must be returned to Noochoon together with a description of the problem before we are able to evaluate whether a refund is due.
